In Soft World, big things are little, and little things are big. Visit inside the World Trade Center during the festival.

“Sir Penti,” a friendly, inflatable grass serpent looms over the World Trade Center’s interior space, his green and yellow stripes illuminated from within. His scales glow with silk screened images from nature that invite children to come closer and identify leaves, butterflies, and more. “Infinite Worlds Diorama Tower” features visual stories from 7 Portland-area artists. This 5’6″ tower gives visitors a glimpse into 12 mysterious worlds, each with a unique lighting scheme.

“Yum Yum’s Feastival” is a soft space for playing with a lively lizard and friendly ants among larger-than-life picnic leftovers.
