- Present over 200 light-based art installations and performances citywide
- Support emerging and established artists with stipends and production resources
- Activate public spaces, small businesses and vacant storefronts during winter

Join the brightest supporters of the festival
It takes many lumens to light up Portland. We invite community-minded individuals to join the Lumens Giving Circle & help the Festival shine. Individuals or couples who make an annual one-time gift of $500 or more, or an ongoing monthly donation of $42 or more, will be automatically enrolled in the Lumens Giving Circle.
Lumens Giving Circle members receive:
- Tickets to special engagement events, including the Portland Winter Light Festival VIP kickoff party
- Recognition on the Nightlab and Portland Winter Light Festival websites
- The opportunity to join a community of supporters who believe in the power of light-based art to bring people together and shape Portland after dark.
