Someone said, The eye is the window to the soul. As a person who doesn’t believe in souls, I think the eyes are a conduit between living things.
This project began with a simple idea:
Get people to stop looking down — and start looking up.
We spend so much time buried in our phones, trapped by tech that was meant to connect us but often isolates us instead. In doing so, we miss everything around us: the architecture, the flowers, the colors, the people, the possibility of connection.
I wanted to interrupt that downward gaze — to give people a reason to pause, look up, and see the beauty that’s already here.
Take a breath. Look around. Things aren’t as bad as they seem.
It’s all perspective.
