Electric Dandelions

Towering 28ft light sculptures features an elegant steel Dandelion by day, and a mesmerizing LED firework by night. An immersive, glowing spectacle.

The Electric Dandelions are a series of stunning light sculptures that bridge the gap between nature and technology. Standing up to 28 feet tall, these installations by Liquid PXL feature a sophisticated design of steel and polycarbonate tubes arranged in a meticulous geodesic sphere.

By day, they appear as elegant, towering interpretations of dandelions in full bloom. As the sun sets, they transform into “endless fireworks,” using vibrant LED animations to create a mesmerizing display of light and geometry. Originally debuted at Burning Man in 2016, these sculptures have since illuminated global stages from the River of Light in Liverpool to the Jerusalem Light Festival.
