Below the Fold
Feb 6-14, 6–10 PM
Visible through full height windows a sculpture of paper, light, and projected images will reference the history of the building.
In reference to the theme of “All the Little Things” we take inspiration from our past and current small stories of everyday life. “Below the Fold” references the stories that appear in newspapers, not as giant headlines, but further down the page. It’s really these smaller stories, continually being told day in and day out, that make up the larger story of our lives. As the building where the Oregonian newspaper was printed between 1948 to 1974, the space played a role in bringing these stories to our community.
