For years, James Stutgart has wowed PDXWLF fans with his illuminated ice sculptures—think dragons, skeletons, and mesmerizing light-filled creations. Whether at the Waterfront or Pioneer Courthouse Square, his work has always pushed the boundaries of what ice can do.

This year, he’s back for the festival’s first weekend, and you can bet he’ll bring something unforgettable. February 7–9, 2025—don’t miss the magic of ICEovations!
