From ancient myth to modern pop culture, portals mark the threshold between the known and the unknown, inviting us to imagine what lies beyond. The installation explores curiosity at a grand scale—the same instinct behind humanity’s greatest discoveries and darkest mistakes. When faced with the unknown, do you step forward? A 16-foot immersive structure is activated through a custom interactive console that reveals hidden features controlling a 16-foot circular video screen with dynamic LED lighting and synchronized audio.
