Some Like It Hot

Ivan’s Fire Balls have kept the frost off attendees of the Portland Winter Light Festival for years now and are a gathering point for folks to warm up, come together and listen to each other. These were originally built for “What The Festival,” as gathering and warming centers.

Ivan makes mostly nonfunctional things these days. Ivan creates furniture and sculptures with all kinds of materials and intentions for public and private spaces around the country.
