River City Riot! Brass Band brings the energy of a New Orleans street party to every stage we play. We are a 10 piece brass band made up largely of public educators who believe music should be joyful, welcoming, and impossible to ignore.

Our shows are rooted in the spirit of second line music, where the line between performer and audience disappears. We play funk, soul, blues, and brass-driven originals and covers that are meant to be felt as much as heard. Whether on a festival stage or in the middle of a crowd, we focus on creating a lively, inclusive atmosphere where people can connect and have a genuinely good time.
