Born and raised in Portland, Lilla is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, bandleader, and producer whose music blends soul, blues, jazz, funk, and storytelling. Her work has charted on Billboard in the U.S. and reached the Top 10 in the U.K. Her latest self-produced EP, Soul Love, features rich songwriting, deep grooves, vibrant horn lines, and soulful vocals. She has performed and collaborated with artists including Annie Lennox, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Trombone Shorty, and Esperanza Spalding. A self-taught pianist since age six, Lilla has toured worldwide, from Kingston to Beijing. She creates music that uplifts, empowers, and connects through song.
