Glow Up at The Roll Up lights up the 2026 Portland Winter Light Festival February 6 to 14 with an immersive, community powered glow experience. Now in our third year, The Roll Up Artist Collective expands beyond the Black Velvet Group Art Show into hands on fun with UV tufting classes, a UV photo booth, and glowing sculptures by Matt Perez. Created with Colours PDX, Fuzzy Space, and Limelight Salon, this is not just an art show. It is a place to play, connect, and create. Step into the glow and be part of the art.
