Fabled Passage

Living in the Anthropocene, we are acutely aware of the profound and often irreversible impact our actions have on the planet. The Industrial Revolution ushered in an era of unprecedented technological advancement, fueled by a belief in limitless progress and the power to shape the world. However, this era has brought us to a critical juncture. We must now confront the consequences of our past actions and re-evaluate. Now we must ask how to live in accord with nature, not as regression but as a new kind of innovation worthy of our future. In this sculpture, each archway alludes to either the, past present, or future, together they create a hopeful narrative for what life can become with some consideration.
