Interact with app-controlled lights, reflective mirrors, and whimsical pastel hues as over 30 volunteers guide you through this magical experience. It’s the first year for Blackbird Public Arts at the Festival, but their team brings plenty of creative expertise. Don’t miss this dazzling debut!
